Fiatos privacy policy

Fiatos LLC ("Fiatos", "we") is based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what we collect through fiatos.ai and our assessment form, and how we use it.

What we collect. Your name, email, company, job title, and your answers to our AI readiness questionnaire. If you book a call, the time you choose. We do not ask for confidential documents.

How we use it. Only to prepare your assessment, contact you about it, and advise you. If you opt in, we also send occasional emails about AI for business; you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we do not do. We do not sell or share your information, use it in marketing, or use it for any other client. We do not use your answers to train AI models.

AI processing. Your answers may be processed by Anthropic's Claude, with training on our data turned off, solely to produce your snapshot and our preparation notes.

Service providers. We use HubSpot (CRM and forms), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Zoom (calls) and Anthropic (AI drafting). They process your information on our behalf.

Retention. We keep your information while we are working together and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, write to [email protected].

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
